APPOINTMENTS

PATIENT ARRIVAL POLICY
Our doctors take appointments every 30 minutes, arriving late for an appointment may lessen the time the doctor has to see you and your pet.  If you feel you will be more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, it is recommended that you reschedule.

For the safety of your pet and the comfort of others, we recommend that all pets be on a leash or in a carrier.  If you are bringing your pet in for referral, it is recommended to bring all previous records.

GROOMING
Grooming appointments must arrive before 9:30 AM and be current on all required vaccinations and a fecal.

BOARDING
Boarding drop off and pick ups can occur during all business hours.  All boarding patients must be current on all required vaccinations and a fecal.  Items may be brought for the pet, but are not necessary.  Any personal items left with the pet are at risk for being lost, torn, or tattered by the pet.  It is at the discretion of the owner to take this risk.

RETAIL
All retail animals are owner surrendered and have been previously owned.  We do not purchase pets for resale.  Animals are adopted out at a cost that would pay for any medication, diagnostics, and reasonable care for the animal.  We do not guarantee any of the animals because most have an unknown history.

Reptiles have a 72 hour check up policy, to assure the reptile is acclimated to the new environment.  At this time, with a receipt present, the purchaser may request refund.  If the purchaser paid with cash or credit, the funds will be returned immediately.  However, if a check is used, it may take up to 14 days for a refund by mail. Otherwise all sales are final.
